赢家大学于2014年1月21日正式揭牌成立。
The EEKA University was officially established in 21 January of 2014.
赢家大学在成立之初，即与中国惠普大学建立起战略合作伙伴关系。在中国惠普大学的帮助下，通过借鉴、吸收国际一流企业大学的成功经验，赢家大学已快速建立组织体系和运营管理体系，并吸引一批专业人才的加盟。从成立至今，赢家大学已建立起集团通用领导力模型和关键岗位人才专业能力模型，并在此基础上构建了关键岗位人才学习路径图；并已成功实施了“薪火计划”、“大雁计划”、“头雁计划”等人才培养和发展项目。
At the beginning of the establishment of The EEKA University, it instantly formed a strategic alliance with The HP University of China. With the assistance of The HP University of China, through the borrowing and learning from the successful experience of a first class Multinational Corporate University, The EEKA University promptly built up an organizational system and operational management system and attract a group of professional talents to join The University. From the establishment to now, The EEKA University has set up a generally applicable leadership model and a model of talents of key position with professional skills, and based on this foundation to construct a learning route map of key position talents, and has successfully implemented the human resources nurturing and development scheme of the "Torch project", "Wild Goose project" and "Principal Wild Goose project".
赢家大学位于深圳风景秀丽的羊台山森林公园脚下的赢家工业园内，使用面积达3000余平米，大学建有4间先进的电教室、赢家历史展览馆、书苑、大会议厅等。教室可同时容纳150余人进行培训学习，会议厅可容纳300人举办论坛讲座。大学所在的园区内还配备有完善的生活及文娱设施，在学习之余，学员们可在园区灯光篮球场、羽毛球场、卡拉OK厅开展丰富多彩的文体活动，丰富学习生活。
The EEKA University in The Eeka Industrial Park is located at the mountain bottom of scenery Yangtaishan Forest Park in Shenzhen and the net floor area is approximately 3000 square meters. The University consists of 4 state-of-art e-classrooms, EEKA history exhibition center, books court and large scale conference hall. The classroom can accommodate over 150 people for training and learning and the conference room can hold the seminars and lectures with capacity over 300 people. In the Industrial Park of The EEKA University, it is equipped with comprehensive cultural and entertaining facilities, apart from the studying, students can enjoy the numerous cultural activities and sports in the outdoor basketball court with lighting, badminton court and karaoke hall, which enrich their studying life.
